Locums - Critical Care Medicine - Johnson City, TNFacility Type : Acute Care HospitalLocation : Johnson City, TennesseeTrauma Level : Adult I-IVDepartment : Inpatient Critical CarePatient Population : Adults & GeriatricsEMR : Epic Coverage & Schedule

  • Shift Type : 12-hour Night Shifts (6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM)
  • Dates Needed : December 29, 2025 - January 3, 2026
  • Call : None
  • Shift Frequency : 6 nights total
  • Patient Volume : Approx. 25 patients per shift

Clinical Team

  • Support : One MD, one APP; may include a Fellow
  • Procedures Required :
  • Arterial Line
  • Central Line
  • Chest Tube
  • Thoracentesis
  • Paracentesis
  • Lumbar Puncture
  • Ventilator Management

    • Requirements

  • Board Certification :
  • BC in Critical Care - Required
  • If Pulmonary-trained : Must be BC in both Pulmonary & Critical Care
  • Licensure :
  • Active Tennessee Medical License - Required
  • TN DEA - Required
  • CSR - Required
  • Certifications - Required :
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Experience : Minimum 2+ years
  • Procedural Competency : Required
