This role is part of a strategic program focused on system implementations and data migrations, requiring strong coordination across business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Youll be joining a collaborative culture where building internal networks and clear communication are key to success.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex, multi-million-dollar projects using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies. Youll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and program leadership to ensure alignment of business activities with technology delivery. Your focus will be on driving outcomes, managing dependencies, and facilitating decision-making across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead planning and execution of high-visibility transformation projects
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and critical paths
• Coordinate activities across business readiness, communications, process design, and technology delivery
• Facilitate alignment with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and lead executive steering committee meetings
• Track progress of MVPs and report status to key stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve as needed
• Support financial tracking and ensure appropriate expenditures
• Partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional alignment
