Job Title : Machine Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities / Job Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to schedule.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs.
• Calibrate and align machinery to ensure performance.
• Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.
• Machine calls / breakdowns will take up 85% of the time while the other 15% will be performing predictive maintenance on equipment to avoid future issues.

Essential Skills

Industrial maintenance

Electrical troubleshooting

Mechanical troubleshooting

Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC

Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

PLC Troubleshooting - Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley

Robotic Troubleshooting - Motoman or Fanuc

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00 / yr.
