2nd Shift Hydroform Operator

Compensation : $19.00 - $32.00 + 2nd Shift Differential, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule : 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM
Overtime : May include Saturdays, as needed

Align workpieces properly on the hydroform machine according to setup instructionsLubricate parts as specified in work instructionsOperate the hydroform press to perform required forming operationsMonitor pressure gauges and height settings to ensure correct parameters are maintainedPerform dimensional and visual inspections of parts to confirm compliance with customer specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work area at all timesConduct routine preventive maintenance on assigned presses within required timeframesEnsure all preventive maintenance is completed according to the established PM scheduleUse precision measuring tools such as :MicrometersDial calipersIndicator gaugesRadius gaugesPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years oldU.S. citizenship or valid Permanent Resident status is required due to the nature of work performedMinimum 4 years of hydroform press operation experienceExperience in the aerospace industry is a strong plusProficient in basic math : ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsCapable of setting up hydroform presses independentlyAble to run hydroform presses without limitationsUnderstand and adjust forming pressures as requiredAble to change diaphragms in hydroform machinesProficient in reading and interpreting aerospace blueprintsExperience operating circle and square shearsAbility to work in a fast-paced, fluid environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracyStrong team player with excellent collaboration skillsMaintains a positive attitude and strong work ethicsPhysical Requirements
