Responsibilities include :

• Delivering individual and group counseling services tailored to student needs.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and administrators to create and implement individualized education and behavioral plans.
• Conducting evaluations to identify student challenges and developing appropriate intervention strategies.
• Addressing issues such as bullying, truancy, social adjustment, and family difficulties impacting student success.
• Facilitating communication among the school, families, and community support resources.
• Participating in crisis intervention and conflict resolution efforts within the school setting.
