  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • 40+ provider multispecialty group
  • M-F 7-4 or 8-5
  • 18-22 patients per day in clinic; all ages
  • Athena EMR
  • Clinic is set up in teams of 2 MDs and 1 PA
  • 32 clinic hrs and one admin day per week
  • Base pay plus bonuses based on productivity beyond MGMA average
  • Full benefits : family health insurance, vision, dental, disability
  • 401k with 6% match
  • Fantastic location in Eastern Oregon about an hour south or Eugene
