In this role, you’ll work independently and with other creative team members to produce high quality creative work for multiple, priority initiatives with high scope and complexity across all customer touchpoints including social, digital, video and more. You will concept, design and produce a range of creative solutions that meet our objectives and connect with our customers. You’ll collaborate with creative leadership, copywriters, photographers and digital team members to execute a broad range of creative options.
What will I do?
Design and produce high quality visual assets across an omnichannel experience (social, digital, video, etc) for multiple priority initiatives with high scope and complexity
Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions by asking questions and offering innovative ideas to help develop creative concepts
Build relationships with Marketing planning to understand the business needs and ensure client deliverables align with project goals, as well as overall company brand standards and priorities
Present and clearly articulate design concepts based on project objectives to relevant stakeholders
Execute creative within budget parameters by reviewing and approving estimates and scopes of work
Establish a look and feel, review and approve corresponding photography, video assets and rollout of additional design tactics
Approve proofs and ensure files are prepared to specifications and provide feedback to vendors as needed
Conduct research on industry trends to stay fresh and current, as well as to inspire high level creative work
Coach and collaborate with other creative designers on project components as needed
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer or Art Director
Ability to clearly explain design elements and how they achieve strategic objectives
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking and design skills
