NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a local contract nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Acute Care for a local contract nursing job in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Details :

  • Shift : 5x8s (Nights, 10 : 15 to 6 : 15), every other weekend
  • Start Date : 11 / 10
  • Facility : 149-bed skilled nursing / rehab center (4 LTC units + 1 Short-Term Rehab)
  • Orientation will be during day shift for first week

    • Requirements :

  • Active WI or Compact RN License
  • BLS, Covid vaccination
  • 2+ years RN experience (1+ year LTC & Short-Term Rehab)
  • PointClickCare (PCC) experience & admissions background
