ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

Record details, customer requirements to design for meeting customer needs.

Design, calculate designs and make drawings, select materials of optimal quality and providing maximum benefit for customers.

Be able to work as a team together with architects and other designers as well as work on site.

Be knowledgeable about preparing designs for construction and submitting to request permission.

Be able to attend inspection meetings with engineers / contractors / coordinate during construction.

Qualifications

Have graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Have 3-5 years of work experience.

Experience in both low-rise and high-rise projects will be given special consideration.

Good communicate in English

Knowledge on the application of materials for maximum usability.

Good Presentation skills.

Good interpersonal Skill

Be proficient in using computer programs to help design such as Sketchup, CAD, Enscape, Revit and Microsoft Office

Ambition and enthusiasm to learn and grow beyond your current capacity.

Be a Thai citizen
