LOCUM CRNA in Logansport, Indiana

- Hours : 7 am - 3 pm
- Call hours : 3 pm - 7 am
- Late Room Hours : 7 am - 5 pm (Monday- Friday, NOT Wed : 10 hours)
- Types of cases required : ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- License Requirements : COI - IN PCF required
- Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
