For over 40 years, Crowe Fence & Deck Supply has helped homeowners, contractors, and institutions across New Hampshire create beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. From fencing and decking to railings, pergolas, and more! We’ve built our reputation on craftsmanship, integrity, and doing right by people.

Now, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help lead our next chapter of growth, someone who’s equal parts leader, builder, and problem solver.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations for our Amherst location including installation, fabrication, inventory, and field teams
• Take ownership of the production P&L and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
• Work hand in hand with our pre-sales team to ensure total alignment from first customer contact through final installation
• Build, coach, and retain a strong, skilled workforce leading with accountability and empathy
• Champion a customer-first culture, where communication, follow through, and pride in the details set us apart
• Implement systems and technology to streamline scheduling, quoting, and internal coordination
• Represent Crowe Fence at industry events and training to bring new ideas and best practices to our team
