Seeking a dedicated Licensed / Registered Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in our Gulf Shores, Alabama, clinic. Evaluate and enhance daily living and educational skills of children with diverse conditions. Monday - Thursday, 9 : 00 - 6 : 00, and Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00. Provide client-centered services to empower children for improved performance at school, home, and in the community. Must have a passion for children and a desire to be part of a supportive work environment.

Expectations :
Evaluate, identify, and meet children's goals and needs.Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients functional ability to complete self-care tasks, participation in social settings, and ability to complete age-appropriate activities.Develop pediatric care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions.Promote children's independence by improving core and UE strength, fine motor skills, sensory integration / processing, visual motor coordination, etc.Consult and practice with other health professionals.Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress.Document patient care services.Supervision of COTAs.Qualifications :
Proven working experience as an occupational therapist.Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy.Professional behavior.Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media.Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools.Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and behaviors.Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.A master's degree or greater in occupational therapy is required.Valid license to practice occupational therapy or be in the process of obtaining a license.Professional behavior.Possesses expertise in utilizing Google Suite products professionally.
