What are we looking for in a Case Manager?

In addition to providing face-to-face client care, Crisis Case Managers also act as liaison between Comprehensive Healthcare and other community providers to coordinate services and ensure clients can access the resources they need. To be successful in this role, Case Managers must enjoy variety in their day, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to quickly build rapport with people of all backgrounds. This position is based in Ellensburg, but may provide services throughout Kittitas County. Although part of our Comprehensive Healthcare team, the Case Manager will be placed in the Kittitas Valley Healthcare clinics and hospital.
