Summary
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you are the driving force behind the growth of LISI Medical's market presence and revenue within your assigned territory. Your primary mission is to aggressively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, while maximizing sales of all LISI Medical service offerings. You are a true "sales hunter"—skilled at prospecting, networking, and closing deals with new clients, while strategically expanding existing accounts. You are the key point of contact for all commercial activities, from generating and negotiating quotes to winning contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
New Business Development :
Identify and target high-potential customers and projects using data analysis, market intelligence, and proactive outreach (networking, cold calls, tradeshows, digital channels, etc.).
Consistently generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on new logo acquisition and market expansion.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans for your territory, with clear goals and measurable outcomes, tracked in Salesforce.
Own the end-to-end quotations process—manage RFQs, coordinate with LISI plants, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Drive opportunities through the pipeline to contract signature.

Travel
This position requires frequent travel on a regular basis (>
40%) within the assigned territory. All travel to adhere to the LISI Medical Travel Policy. Whenever possible, cost saving measures should be taken.
