At The One Team CT, we put you in front of qualified seller leads through our exclusive Zillow Preferred Seller partnership, then back you up with systems, training, and support so you can focus on what you do best: listing homes and closing deals.

What You’ll Do
  1. Work seller leads provided through Zillow Preferred
  2. Conduct listing appointments and manage seller relationships
  3. Price, market, and negotiate homes with confidence
  4. Guide sellers from prep to closing with a high-touch experience
  5. Collaborate with a team that holds high standards and expects professionalism
This Role Is a Fit If You…

Compensation Schedule
  1. Expected annual earnings: $48,000 – $196,000+
  2. (Performance-based, with strong upside tied to listings and closings)
  3. Commission + bonus opportunities
  4. Flexible, self-directed schedule
  5. Full-time role
