About The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Data & Reporting Specialist to support our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making across the business. You'll play a key role in designing and publishing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that drive business insights and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and has the ability for transforming raw data into meaningful performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, including customer and internal portals, to support business reporting requirements.
• Navigate and extract data from various operational systems to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
• Develop, automate, and maintain recurring reports and interactive dashboards that align operational performance with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and visualizations.
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and alignment with strategic goals.
• Support ad hoc reporting and data requests as needed.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, report logic, and business definitions.
