Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings. Assist clients in navigating the buying, selling, or leasing process with confidence and clarity. Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer expert advice. Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service delivery. Valid real estate license or active pursuit of one. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced real estate environment. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals. Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing relationship-building skills. Willingness to collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies. Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining accurate client records is a plus, but not required.
