About the Role
We're seeking our first dedicated Financial Analyst to join our growing team during an exciting transition period. Following our recent acquisition by a major global corporation, we're building out our finance function to meet evolving reporting requirements and support strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to establish financial processes and systems from the ground up while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts with limited historical data
- Work with CFO & C-suite to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts
- Create variance analyses comparing actuals to budget and prior periods
- Generate actionable insights from incomplete or emerging data sets
Reporting & Consolidation
Help prepare financial reports for both internal leadership and parent company stakeholdersEnsure compliance with new corporate reporting standards and deadlinesDevelop reporting templates to streamline recurring deliverablesTranslate complex financial data into clear, executive-level presentationsBusiness Partnership
Work closely with department heads to understand financial performance driversSupport strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysisIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and monitor team budgets for variancesBridge communication between our local operations and corporate finance teamsProcess Development
Establish scalable financial processes and controlsDocument procedures and create templates for recurring analysesRecommend and implement improvements to reporting systems and workflowsWhat You'll Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2-4 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a high-growth or transitional environmentExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros, financial modeling)Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with ambiguous or limited dataExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience building financial forecasts and models from scratch or using toolsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications
Korean language proficiency (written and spoken) is a significant plusExperience working in a post-acquisition integration environmentFamiliarity financial reporting softwareKnowledge of FP&A best practices at larger organizationsWhy Join Us

Xealth offers a multi-tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package would include a base salary, bonus, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. The compensation range for this position is $100,000-$160,000 + bonus.
