Job Summary :

• Attend required Peer Leader training and meetings.
• Provide program information at staff meetings in collaborationwith building administrators.
• Participate in observation of teachers including pre- and post-observation conferences.
• Provide coaching support to peers.
• Support teachers in writing individual growth plans.
• Participate in the individual growth plan approval process.
• Participate with teachers in completing the summative conference to determine compensation.

Qualifications :

• Minnesota teacher license.
• Cognitive Coaching training and peer leader experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with adults.
• Working knowledge of Danielsons A Framework for Teaching .

Compensation / Benefits :

According to contractual agreement.
