The Warehouse Receiving Clerk assists the Environmental Services Manager with the daily operation of the distribution room and warehouse cage. Offers support where needed in the daily functions of the operations department.
Essential Functions : include the following, other duties may be assigned.
- Assists in daily organization and operation of the Distribution Center and Warehouse cage
- Assists in maintaining accurate inventory levels for all Housekeeping, COC office supplies and printer cartridges for the Distribution room and Warehouse cage; includes receiving and storage of bulk housekeeping supplies
- Fills requests for all housekeeping supplies required for all events, including Mavericks, Stars and Third Party Events
- Utilizes (WTS) Web Tracking System to accurately log and track all UPS, FedEx and USPS packages through the facility.
- Assists in coordinating the receiving of shipments for COC, Mavericks, Stars and 3rd party events via the dock area according to event schedule to avoid conflicts
- Receives and delivers shipments for COC, Mavericks, Stars and 3rd party events, verifies shipments against packing lists for accuracy and forwards packing lists to the recipient
- Works with all departments in receiving, shipping, storage and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment for COC, Mavericks, Stars and 3rd Party Events
- Ensures cleanliness of the Dock areas, inspects and organizes North and South loading docks before all Events, coordinates with Environmental Services Manager in submitting work orders for repairs or major cleaning when needed
- Maintains accurate inventory of all 2-way radios and works with Teams for daily needs and distribution of radios.
- Schedules repairs of all 2-way radios when needed
- Provides input and promotes compliance to a safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Education / Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee should also have the following qualifications :
High School diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years in a Warehouse environment requiredForklift Certified preferredPrior inventory control experience preferredMust have strong computer and software skills including Microsoft OfficeMust be customer service oriented and have a high attention to detailPossess solid mathematical and analytical capabilitiesThe qualified individual personifies our core values of INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, PASSION , and EXCELLENCE at all times.
