Job description

Patient Access Call Center Representative

Job Summary : As a Patient Access Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering and responding to incoming calls from patients, authorized representatives, insurance companies, and other authorized entities. What you'll do : Answer incoming calls and assist with patient account questions Update account information in our system Generate written requests and document transactions Ensure compliance with company policies Complete special projects as assigned Job Type & Location This is a contract to hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $20.42 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
