A company is looking for an Associate in Financial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day operational tasks including payroll processing, benefits administration, and AP / AR workflows
Apply operational best practices and support the implementation of systems like Gusto and Bill.com
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address their operational needs
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant operational experience, preferably in back-office or startup operations
Experience with operational tools such as Gusto, Rippling, or Bill.com preferred
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into succinct outputs
Highly entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with the team
