Job Posting

Our client is looking for someone with experience in administration duties (non-clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting. The ideal candidate has been in the industry for 2+ years and is okay with repetitive work and assisting patients via telephone. Clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system. Skills include data entry, customer service, medical terminology, and patient demographics.

Top skills : data entry, customer service, medical terminology, patient demographics.

Additional skills and qualifications : HMO insurance, insurance verification, patient services.

Experience level : intermediate.

Job type and location : This is a contract position based out of Pasadena, CA.

Pay and benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
