Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

Reports to : Salesforce Architect

What Youll Do

• Support the Salesforce Architect as their right-hand in maintaining, enhancing, and scaling Salesforce organization and adjacent tech stack.
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration for 300+ users, including error resolution, user management, and performance optimization.
• Scope, design, and execute Salesforce enhancements from small configuration changes to cross-functional projects ensuring alignment with our business roadmap.
• Lead the internal Salesforce support queue, triaging and resolving end-user requests quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions for new integrations and automation initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability through proactive monitoring, audits, and optimization of Salesforce and related systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of system performance, data structure, and workflow automation.
• Partner with the Revenue Operations team to review, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce projects on time and within scope.
