Responsibilities :
- Contact former tenants to recover outstanding rental balances via phone.
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records.
- Work in a face paced call center environment,
- Negotiate payments plans and settlements professionally.
- Handle high-volume of outbound and inbound calls.
- Ensure compliance with rental collections laws and company policies.
- Identify accounts requiring further investigations or escalations.
Requirements :
Prior experience in debt collections, call center operations or property management.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent typing and documentations abilities and record keeping.Organized, professional and a natural problem solve.Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.Professional demeanor and a problem-solving mindset.Bonus Skills :
