Established (est.) Premier Firm Seeking Estate Planning Senior Associate for Estate Planning Group in Western Suburbs

An established firm based in the western suburbs is seeking an Estate Planning Senior Associate with five or more years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Offer :

Salary range : $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience

Performance-based bonuses

Qualifications :

Candidates should possess excellent drafting skills, a strong financial or accounting background, a deadline-oriented attitude, and a desire to have significant client and referral source interaction.

Candidates must be committed to extraordinary client service.

Responsibilities :

Develop a sophisticated practice in a collegial environment which also provides ongoing business development training.

First- or second-chair estate planning matters related to wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.

Lead teams on projects and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
