Purpose : To ensure comprehensive sales strategies and staffing to maximize operations and perpetuate a culture of accountability, consistency and order by upholding the Core Values of Always Branding, Building Leaders, Creating a Fun, Enthusiastic Team Environment and Listen, Fulfill and Delight our team members and clients.

About the position : You will be the Lead Sales Representative and Assistant Manager at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving and responsible for the day to day sales efforts of the company. This includes but not limited to the following primary functions :

• Sales & Estimating - Inbound & Outbound Sales
• Recruiting, Interviewing, and Retention
• Training (as needed) of new hire onboarding and advanced sales training
