What Youll Do

  • Lead daily branch operations with a focus on service excellence
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive business growth through strong planning and execution
  • Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
  • Manage fleet operations and maintain accountability across service routes
  • Foster long-term customer relationships built on trust and satisfaction

Qualifications

Required :

  • Must reside in the Richmond, VA area
  • 35 years of leadership experience
  • 35 years in the mosquito or pest control industry
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial performance
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid drivers license

    • Preferred :

  • Experience managing a service-based or franchise business
  • Knowledge of sales growth strategies and key performance metrics
  • Background in customer retention and operational efficiency
