Schedule : M-F 8 : 30a-7 : 30p. Sat 9a-5 : 30p, Sun 9a-4 : 30p

Job Description :

Adecco is assisting the largest U.S. pharmacy chain in recruiting for a Float Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in The Villages. The FNP will provide patient care services remotely via telehealth, delivering evidence-based care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling for patients (18 months+).

Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, contraceptive care, and medication management.

Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.

Document all patient care in the EHR per policy.

Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care team members.

Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted FL FNP license (ability to obtain multi-state / compact privileges required).

Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.

Must have 1+ year of primary care experience.
