Forward Deployed Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to deliver tailored solutions during active cycles

Lead technical onboarding and integration for new customers

Configure, test, and refine workflows to maximize customer impact

Required Qualifications

Strong technical foundation with experience in MCP servers, APIs, data models, and scripting

Hands-on background in solution engineering, customer implementation, or product operations

Deep understanding of revenue team operations

Ability to engage in both technical and business discussions

Organized and resourceful, capable of leading customer-facing projects with minimal guidance
