REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCOUNTING MANAGER :

• A bachelor's degree with a major in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of legal and accounting standards
• Expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude to adapt and learn new financial software and systems
• Ability to successfully lead and empower a team
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO), or equivalent designation is preferred
