Education and Qualifications :

Education Type :

Program of Study :

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. After 2015, this requirement became mandatory.

A high school diploma is also necessary.

Certification and Licensure :

A licensed physical therapist certification is essential. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required within ninety days of employment.
