Industrial Sanitation Crew Member

The sanitation crew member is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the bakery as required by governmental agencies, customer specifications and general manufacturing practices for the food industry. Job Duties include :

1. Responsible for properly disassembling, washing, rinsing, sanitizing and reassembling equipment prior to being used for production.

2. Keep the entire plant facility and its grounds clean.

3. Meet and exceed all regulatory requirements.

4. Responsible for following cleaning procedures as outlined by supervisor.

5. Generate accurate information for the required records.

6. Responsible for using required safety equipment and following all safety rules.

7. Proper handling and storage of soap, tools, chemicals and other required materials for the job.

8. Be a licensed hand jack operator, or forklift operator, or in training for license.

9. Complete chemical training before using any hazardous chemical.
