Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in QA in a USDA-regulated food production environment (poultry preferred).
Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and USDA regulations.
HACCP certification preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or extended shifts as needed.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Working Conditions :
Exposure to cold / wet / hot plant environments.
Standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. for extended periods.
Fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
