What You'll Do

• Greet clients
• Solve client problems
• Negotiate with opposing counsel
• Draft motions and briefs
• Argue legal position before the trial and appellate courts
• Assist with trials and first-chair trials with supervision

What We're Looking For

• Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan or awaiting bar results
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• An ownership mindset someone who can take a project and see it through
• Strong customer service skills, our clients are our top priority
• Extremely comfortable with technology
• A desire to be great

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 plus quarterly incentives based on achieving KPIs
• 401(k) with up to 4% match

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000 (once licensed) base pay plus bonus

Location: In-person with hybrid opportunities after the first year

Licensure: Michigan Bar (or pending admission)
