Product Designer

A company is looking for a Product Designer to join their design team remotely in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Help shape the product, culture, and systems from the ground up

Design end-to-end workflows and validate work with real users

Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and operations to improve complex workflows

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a startup

Strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work

Proficiency in Figma, including clean file organization and prototyping

Experience with complex systems, especially in healthcare or pharmacy

Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
