Speech-Language Pathologist – High School (9th-12th Grade)

Location : Westminster, MD 21157

Schedule : Part-Time 14 hours / week | On-Site

Dates : ASAP – June 12, 2026 | 8 : 30AM-4 : 00PM

Salary Range : $57,000 – $80,000 annualized salary or $46.27- $64.94 hourly

About the Role :

AnthroMed Education is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve high school aged students through a school placement in the Westminster area. This district is known for its supportive and collaborative environment including Special Education Consultants who are available to coach and support all staff.

This is a great fit for an adaptable SLP who enjoys working in collaborative environments and is comfortable providing services in both traditional caseloads and specialized programs.

Responsibilities :

Provide speech-language services to students with a variety of communication needs

Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams

Address speech / language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism

Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences

Caseload Details :

Approximately 20 students on caseload

Access to shared office space

The part-time SLP will support students with moderate communication disorders. These students are not in specialized programs, rather, are receiving their educational programming in the general education setting. Disorders and responsibilities will include :

Articulation disorders

Language disorders

Fluency Disorders

Mild Cognitive Impairments

Qualifications : MD DOH SLP License

School-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Masters in Speech Language Pathology
