Position Title : Speech Language Pathologist - Secondary
Location : District - Middle and High Schools
Department : Special Education
Reports To : Director of Special Education and Building Principal
Term : For remainder of 2025-2026 School Year with potential for ongoing contract beginning following school year.
Schedule : Mon-Fri Full-time. Following school hours of operation.
Salary : Positions follows the 2025-2027 Teacher Salary Schedule. Please see Summary for additional information.

SUMMARY : Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, school-based speech-language pathologists provide prevention, assessment, and remediation services for learners who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, speech, voice, and fluency. These services are designed to help learners meet their educational goals.
Salary : In addition to the salary for the 2025-2026 school year, this position offers a Medicaid-funded stipend of $10,000. More information on funding, availability, and continuity of the stipend can be provided by Director of Special Education. The position also offers an annual $2,000 stipend for maintaining Certificate of Clinical Competence in order to bill Medicaid.
