We are actively searching for an Assistant Service Repair Technician to join our service team in the Charlotte, NC, area. In this role, you'll provide support to the Service department by investigating and repairing a variety of roof types. You'll work closely with a Lead Service Technician in your assigned demographic region to help deliver quality solutions to our clients.

Job Duties :

• Work with Lead Service Technician to investigate and repair all types of low-slope commercial roofs
• Work to develop skill of determining leak location and common leak issues by Roof System Type
• Demonstrate safe working environment
• Develop advanced knowledge of all roof systems and roof system components
• Assisting in all snow and hurricane events to either participate in repairs or supervision
• Meet schedule and requirements of Clients
• Perform quality repairs with no callbacks due to workmanship
• Demonstrate understanding of warranty and non-warranty repair types
• Responsible for learning and operating service software (FCS)
• Assist to collect data for proposed scopes of work
