Position Details :

Position Type : Full Time / Contract-to-Hire

Job Location : Dunseith, ND ($3,000 monthly living expense provided for non-local candidates)

Benefits : Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), Life Insurance, 401(k)

Compensation : $64.75 / hr - $70.00 / hr, depending on qualifications

Drug and backgrounds screenings required

Qualifications : Possess a degree in architecture, engineering, business management or construction management (from an accredited college / university) or in lieu of the degree the candidate must have ten (10) years of management experience in the construction management field.Have experience in developing and maintaining complex, longterm, multi-year project management activities including but not limited to : a. Developing and controlling budgets and funding strategiesb. Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupiedfacilitiesc. Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting laborcategoriesd. Integrating competing and / or conflicting elements into the planning andexecution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly.e. Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, withprocedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements.
