Salary : $35.87 - $45.11 / HR (Depending on Experience)

Your Role :

As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, as well as functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
  • Provide services within the scope of practice defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities using diagnostic and prognostic tests, assisting physicians in developing therapy plans.
  • Treat patients to enhance their communication skills, tailoring your approach to their individual conditions.
  • Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on areas of speech therapy they can participate in.

    • License Requirements :

  • Must be currently licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
