Executive Administrative Assistant II
This role requires associates to be in-office three days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Executive Administrative Assistant II performs a variety of support functions to a vice president and his / her leadership team. Serves as an intermediary between the executive and management, customers and associates. Schedules and prepares agenda for regular and special meetings. Secures requested information and compiles various reports and analyses. Maintains the daily appointment calendar. Determines executive priorities and monitors the status of projects. Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences while at times, partnering with other Executive Assistants to navigate complex and competing calendars. Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures. Provides superior quality outcomes by taking ownership of administrative services to ensure quality work. Handles more complex administrative duties while demonstrating full competence in own area of work, including excellent organizational skills. Conducts research to assist executives with inquiries or issues. Works without significant guidance.
