We are partnered with a reputable construction organization seeking a Construction Billing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate is assertive, confident, and experienced in construction billing , with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Electrical industry experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process construction billings , including progress billing, T&M billing, and final invoicing.
• Review contracts and billing terms to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Track change orders , lien releases, retention, and project-specific documentation.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Accounting to gather job cost data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate job cost records , budgets, and billing logs.
• Review job schedules, subcontractor agreements, and vendor documentation as needed.
• Submit billing packages to clients and follow up for approvals and payments.
• Support month-end processes, including revenue recognition and job cost reconciliation .
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and ensure clear communication.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
