The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD) to practice on location in Wayne, PA (and via teletherapy across Pennsylvania, Florida, and other states with valid licenses).

You will :

  • Provide individual & group therapy in-person in Wayne, plus teletherapy to clients in other states (we assist with licensing).
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, documentation , and coordinate care within our team.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 appointments / week .
  • Be credentialed with all insurance panels including Medicare (we support and provide free credentialing ).
  • Focus exclusively on client care — no back-office tasks (we handle billing, marketing, and administration).
  • Expand your reach — we provide free registration / licensure in additional states starting with Florida for teletherapy.
  • Uphold MoodRx’s values of client-centered care, professionalism, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active PA LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD license (required).
  • Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience .
  • Experience working with seniors (65+) is a strong plus.
  • Willingness and ability to be credentialed for all insurances and Medicare.
  • Openness to obtaining multi-state licenses (for teletherapy).
  • Strong communication skills, maturity, empathy, and professional presence.

  • Base salary : $70,000 per year.
