Family Nurse Practitioner opening in OR Located in Bend, 162m to Portland Full Time Employment We are seeking an experienced candidate who is comfortable working independently as a solo provider. You will become part of a mission-driven team dedicated to providing comprehensive care to the growing population in Bend, Oregon.Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care within the scope of primary care medicine in outpatient and, when necessary, inpatient settings.Examine, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.Deliver care that reflects healthcare cost consciousness and addresses social determinants of health.Utilize a team-based care model, leveraging the expertise of all members of the multi-disciplinary team.Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner.Skills & Knowledge : Experience working with low-income populations preferred.Proficient in computer use, including typing and keyboarding skills.Familiarity with health insurance plans preferred.Ability to train and teach staff required.Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures preferred.Understanding of regulatory requirements, including CLIA and OSHA standards, preferred.Proficiency with practice management software required.Hospital privileges may be necessary.Qualifications : Education : Master's degree or higher in Nursing.Experience : Preferred two years of relevant work experience, particularly in Family Practice and team-based care.Licenses & Certifications : Required Family Nurse Practitioner certification.About Us : We pride ourselves on being an innovative health system that pioneers unique and creative ways to improve patient access to healthcare.
