Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location : Ashtabula, OH

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights, 3x12-Hour (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Job Responsibilities and All Required and Preferred Skills and Requirements :

Assess patients to determine appropriate respiratory therapy treatments

Develop and implement care plans based on patient diagnosis

Perform advanced respiratory modalities

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition

Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust therapies accordingly

Educate patients and families on conditions and available support resources

Work independently with sound clinical judgment, especially in high-stress situations

Required Certifications & Licenses :

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – NBRC

Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) License

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

PALS (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications : \nMinimum of 18 months of permanent experience in respiratory therapy preferred\nCommunity hospital experience preferred\n\nOther Details : \nFloating not specified\nCall and weekend requirements not specified\nFlu vaccine requirement unknown\nLocal candidates accepted at same rate\nFacility is 100% tobacco-free\nMust hold active Ohio or compact license at submission
