Plan, implement, and improve processes, projects, and manufacturing strategies. Mentor and develop team members to strengthen skills and culture. Resolve production challenges and foster growth opportunities within the facility.

A large manufacturing company with multiple facilities is seeking a Production Manager to add to their growing team in the Sioux Falls, SD area. Work for a well-respected company, with great co-workers, and within state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 - $120,000
- 10% Bonus Incentive
- Percentage of Annual Salary invested into 401k, 4% Match to the first 6%.
- Full Benefits package including : medical coverage, dental & vision plans, disability, flex spending account, life & ADD insurance, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, wellness program, employee referral incentive program, on-site employee cafeteria.

- 2 Shifts M-F 6 : 00AM – 2 : 30PM or M-F 3 : 45PM-12 : 15AM
