URGENT Hiring ST (Speech Therapist) Home Health Speech / Contract / Per Diem

Biomechanics Physical Therapy is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist at Home Health (Per diem).

Coverage :

  • Chula Vista, San Diego, El Cajon and surrounding areas.

Opportunity :

  • Speech Therapy Position : Opportunity to work with a team of professional therapists fired up about doing home health the right way.

  • We are PTs and we treat and pay you right.

    • Compensation :

  • Up to $134,000

    • Position Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • CA Licensed Speech Therapist.
  • CPR Certified.
  • Recent Physical within last year.
  • Clear TB Testing within the last year.
  • Experience.
  • Works well unsupervised.

    • About Home Health :

  • Geriatric patient population.

    • Physical Therapy in Home Health :

  • Evaluate patients
  • Follow-up patients
  • Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week
  • Post-surgical
  • Balance
  • Home Safety
  • ROM
  • Strength training
  • Equipment evaluation

    • What to expect while treating :

  • 45-minute treatments.
  • Easy laptop documentation.
  • 1 to 7 pts a day.
  • Documentation is Not the Emphasis... Patient Care is.
