Pay: We offer our Large Balance Collector a competitive wage of $16–$20 per hour plus commission, OTE being $25-$30, giving you strong earning potential from day one.

This is a full‑time role with the following hours:
YOUR ROLE AS A LARGE BALANCE COLLECTOR:
In this role, you'll step into fast-paced days filled with meaningful interactions, making outbound calls, guiding consumers through payment solutions, and applying your negotiation expertise to secure successful resolutions. You'll provide courteous customer service, manage large-balance accounts with precision, and represent the professionalism our team is known for.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
Experience with consumer debt collection is a plus!
