The Position :
We are looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative and office tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to contribute to a growing business in a hands-on way.
Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry for orders, invoices, and other business documentation.
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining company records.
- Support team members with administrative tasks related to customer service and project coordination.
- Assist in ordering office supplies, team merchandise, or marketing materials.
- Provide general office support and contribute to a smooth-running workspace.
Qualifications :
Previous administrative or office experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good written and verbal communication abilities.Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Self-aware, confident, and humble.Exceptional customer service orientation.Ability to work in-office in Littleton.Salary & Benefits :
